The D'Huez is named for the legendary Alpine climb that's featured in so many Tour de France battles. Our lively 1,475 gram wheelset lives up to the history and will climb alongside wheels at twice the price.

The big brother to the Disc D'Huez 24, we added four more spokes, front and rear, for increased durability and stiffness.

The added strength and durability of the Disc D’Huez 28 wheelset make it a natural choice for those who demand the lightweight and wide footprint created by the Disc D’Huez’s wider, race proven rim.

OVERVIEW

Our ROL rear disc road hub combines lightweight, durability, and value that you will find in no other hub on the market. The ROL hub is a center lock design. Our hubs are available in both thru-axle and quick release combinations. Whatever you prefer to ride, we have you covered with Shimano HG, Sram XDR and Campagnolo free hubs. And check out the selection of colors we have as well!

The wider rim improves tire performance by reducing sidewall flex and widening the contact patch. On these road bike wheels, you'll be more secure in the turns, no matter the speed or the road surface. And if you opt for tubeless tires, with our recommended rim strip and valve, you'll enjoy even more comfort and traction with lower tire pressures, while virtually eliminating flats.

For more aggressive or heavier bike riders and unforgiving roads, the Disc D'Huez 28 is a lightweight wheel with all the advantages of our groundbreaking D'Huez rim: wider for improved tire performance and aerodynamics and tubeless-tire compatibility.

Like its sibling, the Disc D'Huez 28 features industry standard lightweight bladed spokes for thousands of trouble-free miles.

Our new Range Alloy Disc Tubeless Clincher is one of the lightest, stiffest and well-handling alloy disc clinchers on the market today. Our ROL hubs laced to our new World Class tubeless alloy rim with either double butted spokes (Tour) or bladed spokes (Competition) make this the best performing gravel wheel available.

The hubs can be upgraded to American Made White Industries CLD, Industry Nine 1/1 or ONYX Racing hubs.  

WHITE INDUSTRY HUBS

These hubs are our favorite upgrade. So many people ask if it is worth it and our answer is yes. These American Made hubs have milled axles, titanium freehubs and are future proof when it comes to upgrades that we are seeing in the bike industry. Personalize you wheels by doing the colors that White Industries offers as well. Please contact us if you want a color other than Black.

INDUSTRY NINE 1/1 HUBS

Bringing the proven technology from I9's 1/1 mountain hubs, 1/1 road offers a reliable hub platform that stays true to the performance heritage known from I9 in a budget friendly package. A direct descendent from the mountain life, the 1/1 hubs are engineered with high capacity bearings, ready for anything the road or trail can throw at them. Constructed with a dual phased-pawl drive mechanism with 90 points of engagement or 4° between engagement, the hubs offer rapid power transfer for rocketing out of corners or ratcheting through uneven terrain. Utilizing the same construction as I9's 1/1 mountain bike hubs, the 1/1 gravel line is perfect for any route that involves gated off forest service roads, bikepacking or bomb proof road builds.

Both Industry Nine and White Industries hubs are American made. Every wheelset is hand built to perfection in Colorado. This gravel wheelset comes in any axle configuration.

Recommended rider weight limit is 110kg/240lbs

For riders above 240 pounds, or loaded touring bikes wanting an even stronger wheel, select the 32 hole hub combination. These wheels will be laced 3 cross with Sapim Race spokes for extra strength.

Our ROL hubs contain high quality cartridge bearings, are super light weight, and have 3.3 degrees of engagement. They are incredible high performing for the value. 

White Industries hubs are American made. For color requests, please send us a message or place it in the notes section of the order. Otherwise we will assume you want black. Every wheelset is hand built to perfection in Colorado. This gravel wheelset comes in any axle configuration.

The DERONDE is named for a legendary European race that's features some very rugged roads.  

This is the big brother to the Disc DHUEZ 28 spoke wheel, by adding 4 more double butted spokes as well as using a 3 cross lacing pattern. It is also a slightly wider rim profile, with a 21mm internal hook bead.

The added strength and durability of the DERONDE 32 make it a natural choice for those who demand the lightweight wheel, that is strong enough to stand up to heavier riders. The wide footprint will accommodate tires from 25mm wide to 45mm wide.
