ROL Wheelworks was developed by its founder Sean Lambert in the fall of 2004. Sean grew up in Boulder, Colorado where he developed a love for cycling at an early age. As a kid, he had the privilege of seeing some of the world's greatest cyclists race in Colorado each summer in the Coors Classic. Guys like LeMond, Hinault, Fignon, Hampsten, Phinney, Kiefel and others. Sean says, "... it was at that point that I knew I wanted to be in the bike business some day." That fire still burns and some 20 years later it is a reality.

The SL-28 is the first wheel in a line of what we hope will become a world- class wheel company. At ROL, our goal is to bring a fresh new attitude to the world of cycling and triathlon and give people what they deserve: A great product, at a great price, with a great attitude. And, do it with an unbridled level of integrity and customer service.
